Shipping + Returns

Shipping

We have a $3 flat-rate shipping fee for all orders. If you spend $20 or more, then shipping is FREE. Free standard shipping, that is. But, you’ll have to foot the bill If you need your accessories Prime-fast.  

We offer international shipping to all countries, but customers are required to pay the calculated shipping costs. 

Rarely, (but it does happen!) packages are marked as delivered but the customer does not receive the package. If this happens to you, please do your best to locate the package by contacting the shipping company. If it does not make it's way to you 7 days after the marked delivery date, contact us at hello@sundreeaccessories.com and we will work on getting you a replacement.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time. Luckily for you, accessories always fit. 

Pro-tip: Be sure to triple-check that everything is correct in your cart before you proceed to checkout, so you don’t end up with any unwanted accessories!

Damaged Goods

Houston, we have a problem! If you receive an item that is damaged, don’t fret. Just shoot us a quick email to hello@sundreeaccessories.com within 10 days of your purchase and we will get you a replacement. If the item is out of stock at the time you reach out, we will arrange for a refund (not including shipping if shipping was paid) to your original method of payment.
